This class is ideal for beginners or those with some experience. It offers the opportunity to learn a contemporary Tai Chi sequence of the Yang style.
This consists of soft flowing movements with gentle adjustment of postures.
With practice the sequence promotes stress reduction and improvements in balance through increased awareness.
This exercise is also suitable for those recovering from illness, for which other exercise may be found too strenuous.
Please wear loose clothing and flat-soled shoes.
